Chicken Pot Pie

My favorite easy Chicken Pot Pie
 
 
boil three (cut up bit size) chicken breast
2 cans cream of  potato soup
1 can Vegal mixed vegies
1/2 cup milk
1/4 Tsp. Thyme
a few shakes of salt & Pepper
2 pillsbury 9" pie crusts
 
mix all ingreadients and put in pie pan with pie shell.  Then top with another pie shell.  Bake for 25 minutes or so at 400 degrees.
